Welcome to the Studio on Main!
My name is Spandy Andy and my dream of owning a dance studio is becoming a reality! After traveling to over 30 countries and entertaining crowds for 10 years, it’s time for me to settle down and focus on bettering my health and the community around me.

Why build in Trochu?
Being born in Red Deer, Trochu isn’t too far of a reach. It’s under an hour by car. I had never been to Trochu while growing up in Red Deer, but it seems now that I mention it, a lot of people are aware of Trochu. Trochu offered the perfect opportunity for me to start a small affordable business. Trying to own and build in downtown Red Deer or Vancouver is out of the budget… for now!!

What’s next?
I am currently in regular communication with my general contractor as well as a drafts man. Once we get drafts approved by an engineer, we can apply for all our permits. If everything goes as planned; we can lay a concrete pad before frost and have a winter build. The goal; open Canada Day, July 1st, 2021!
